Placing an order

Adding items to your cart and submitting payment is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. An order is only confirmed once your payment has been verified as successful by our payment processor, Clover — reaching an order confirmation screen after leaving Clover's checkout does not, by itself, confirm your order or charge you a second time.

Occasionally an item sells out between when it's added to your cart and when payment completes. If that happens, checkout will reflect current availability before you're charged, and we'll never charge you for an item we can't fulfill.

Pricing and availability

Prices, product availability, and delivery fees shown on the site are current at the time of checkout and are recalculated on our servers immediately before payment — the price you see at checkout is the price you're charged. We make reasonable efforts to keep prices and stock accurate but do not guarantee the site is error-free.

Delivery area and fees

Online delivery is currently available only within Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and only where our courier partner, Uber Direct, can return a valid delivery quote for your address. See our Delivery Policy for details on service area, timing, and fees.

Age-restricted items

Some products we sell may be subject to age restrictions under Saskatchewan or federal law. By ordering an age-restricted item, you confirm you meet the applicable minimum age, and we or our courier may decline to hand over such an item — or the order containing it — without valid ID at the time of delivery.

Your conduct

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information, not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation (including its checkout, payment, or delivery systems).

Intellectual property

The Lulada Market & Café name, logo, and the content of this site (text, photography, and design) belong to Lulada Market & Café and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to get every order right, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Lulada Market & Café is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a delivery delay caused by our courier partner, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Saskatchewan or Canadian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable in Saskatchewan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
